Query for table names

I have an access database with approximately 50 tables. all tables have the same fields. I want to create a form which will allow the user to input the name of the table and then upon selecting enter, the first record of that table will be displayed on another form, with the ability to search for records in that table. My main concern is searching fot the table name in the database. I understand how to query tables for fields, but not how to query a database for tables.
