Query for inputing any string in .exe program 1

May i ask one question.
I want to write a simple program in MS Dos with any input string

for example.

What i want is that...

Microsoft Windows Dos Prompt

C:
C:\My_VB_Program.exe "abc"

===========================================

Then my program can received the string "abc"
