Query Engine Error

Hi All,
I have an issue, I hope I get help here. The issue is.
I am getting query engine error for a scheduled report, The report is scheduled to run four time with 10 minutes difference between each instance, with four different parameters (Different regions). Mostly first instance to run is getting failed with query engine error, and the rest three instances are running fine.

1st instance scheduled at 1:00 AM (Fails)(Parameter:South )
2nd instance scheduled at 1:10 AM (Sucessful)(Parameter: North)
3rd instance scheduled at 1:20 AM (Sucessful)(Parameter: East)
4th instance scheduled at 1:30 AM (Sucessful)(Parameter: West)

Crystal Version: 10 Service pack 6
Database: SQL Server 2005 (Compatible to 2000)
Windows XP.
