Query Engine Error

Hi,

I am getting this Query engine error: "HYC000:[DataDirect][ODBC Wire Protocol Driver[Oracle] Ora-01006 :bind variable does not exist" error msg whenever I am trying to add one funtion to the Crystal report.If I am using regular oracle ODBC driver it's fine. I can add the function into the report but if I am using Wire Protocol driver I am getting the msg. I am using Oracle 10g and Crystal 10.5 and CR Oracle Wire Protocol ODBC Driver 4.2.

Any clue? Do I have to keep the function in a package? The function is returning a ref cursor.

Hi,
I am not sure that:

CR Oracle Wire Protocol ODBC Driver 4.2.

supports 10G...Try the newer 5.1 version

Yes, I am using 10g and CR Oracle Wire Protocol ODBC Driver 4.2 in other place
