Hello.again....

I am in the process of writing a query where I need 11 criteria on seperate columes, each criteria on a seperate row. It would appear that on Access 97 there are only 9 rows. Is there a way this can be extended?

Thanks

John

Not sure but to try editing the query in the SQL view

By "rows" and "columns" I assume that you are talking about the query designer and not the rows and columns resulting from running the query. If so, I usually write the query directly in SQL view because things get rather confusing in query view when they're that complex.
