I am trying to help out a friend and it's been a long time since I've used access on a regular basis. He has to create a report listing with properties in the problem. These properties have either been sold or unsold. The problem is that I can't remember how to type in the criteria so that the results returned are only properties that are unsold and available. The Asking Price, PopertyID, Address, Agent's last name, Property type, and date listed are the headings that they asked for in the problem. What can I do to find out the properties that are still available and not been sold yet? Thanks.

HI

To give a definate answer you would need to tell us how you identify sold/not sold.

If for example it was a simple boolean say blnSold, then a simple true or false in the criteria filed would return either the Sold or the Unsold properties Regards
