Query condition help

I'm trying to retrieve data between two dates and I'm struggling. The report needs to look at the period of a week, 3 weeks ago i.e. today's date - 21 till today's date - 14.

Is there any way of doing this using the query panel conditions instead of having to alter the sql in the background?

Not directly. Ideally, you would have a condition object in the universe that had this logic in it.
