I am trying to create a Query. It is based on a table of Customers.
If the command for specifying dates is " Between [Beginning Date] And [End Date] ", what would the command be for specifying other fields so I can sort it by state , classification etc.?

Any answer is greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

Are "state" and "classification" fields in your table? Just add these to your query, then where their column heading and the "Sort" row heading intersect, click in that cell, click on the drop down arrow and select Ascending or Descending. If you don't want these fields to show in your result, click on the check box in the row "Show" to take the check out. This will hide your field.
