Hi
At its simplest make the criteria in the Query
IsNull OR Forms!MyFormName!MyTextBoxName
using the appropriate values for the name of your form and the name of your text box(s), on the form
The form must be open when the query runs
You need also to think if the four conditions are AND or OR conditions, ie do you want a row selected only if all four are true, or if any one of them is true
