Query Builder Reports

I have to get two lists out of Business Objects, one is a list of all users, the other is a list of all reports in their folder structure with last instance ran. I am not real familiar with query builder but am assuming its not any different than sql.

Any help would be appreciated.

Not as easy as it should be, but find the .Net SDK documentation on the SAP support site. It will list the properties of the Infostore and Infoobjects classes, which you can use to query via Query Builder.
