The problem is that the query language is a somewhat limited version of SQL, so there's no way to manipulate the DateTime fields to get the difference between them. This could be done in an application that uses the SDK (.NET or Java), though. The SDK uses the same types of queries as Query Builder, so you would query for the raw data and then do the date comparison in whatever language you write the utility in.
