Query based on one table will not update. Why?

I have a simple select query based on one table. The table has a number of relationships with other tables, both on the "one" side and the "many" side.

Access help states, without qualification, that a "query based on one table" is "updatable." What might I have done (I've checked to see if any fields are "locked&quot that would keep a one table query from updating?

Is the table an Access table or a linked table? What error message do you get when trying to update? Terry L. Broadbent
