query avg and stdev on range of rows 1

hi all,

I've been trying to drum up a way to calculate the average and standard deviation -- for the last 20 records. The source data has about a thousand records, essentially I am trying to get the query to produce a 20 day moving average and standard deviation. I'm kinda stuck, any ideas?
