I am having an issue with someone running a delete query that is compromising our data. I have code that will not let someone delete over 5 days of data, for some reason, they are running this query a number of times to delete are larger range of data.

Does anyone have an idea on how I can monitor who runs a query and apply a time stamp to it? The data resides on a network in an back end data table.

Thanks for the help.

Are you employing database user security on this Access DB? Not sure if there is much you can do other than that.

There are better controls to manage roles/permissions on database objects in SQL Server also. That is one reason I moved an app to SQL Server backend.

Yes, I have security set up with passwords with a limited number of people per shift that can access this data. I just can't prove who is erasing the data. Thanks.

Thanks for the help.
