Hi All,

I'm trying to setup a query in Access db "A" that will pull data from a table in access db "B". I have used pass-through queries and queries on the fly with VBA in Access to query SQL server db's, but not Access db's.

I believe all I need is to figure out the connection string to allow me access, but have no idea what that connection string would be or if there is another way to get data from an Access db.

I'm currently using Access 2002 for both db's.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Tim

from one access DB use the import option but choose Link and an Access Database...then you can borwse to where the other database is saved and from there you will see the list of Objects you can Link to...
