Is there a way to query all the PCs in my location and find the time they are reporting or the time offset from the DC?

I don't believe so unless you were to write code to remotely execute the time command and dump the results to a text file or write to a database.

If you suspect problems with time sync then I would focus on making sure all systems are syncing by making sure their time server is set to your DC. You can force this via script at system startup or at user login.

I hope you find this post helpful.

Mark
