query address Book

Hi everybody,

In my exchange organisation i have 2 companies, the problem is i don't know how to make a query for adress book to only view users, distribution list and contact of each companies.
is there a commun setting beetwen users and distribution list (like attribute, company,etc).

A good way was to make a ldap query, but i dont know how to do it for a specifical OU.
Exchange help us to make a ldap Query for adress book, but we can't do this query for a specifical OU

You can create new GAL global address books - and you can apply permissions to each. If a user doesnt have permission to one, it will see the other.

There are howto's on how to do this ... search the net...

If you create new ones, set the filter to filter by the Company attribute in AD (you will need to fill this in.) Or a userdefined attribute, although you'll need to fill em in yourself. Dunno about targetting a single OU.
