Following is the message I get when I try open my database which has been working fine until now:

The Microsoft Jet database engine does not recognize ‘[qry_Cost_All_Modes_1].[Ocean]’ as a valid field name or express.

Can someone please explain what maybe causing this?

Thanks,
JCM

Presumably your database is running some code, opening a form or running an autoexec macro on open.

Something in this startup routine is referring to a field called "Ocean" in a query called "qry_Cost_All_Modes_1".

Either the field or the query doesn't exist anymore or has been renamed.

Ed Metcalfe.
