Queing on no answer

Hi all,

This subject was slighly covered in other topics but not worked for me.
I have an IP403 with 3.2.53 firmware on it and voicemail pro latest (suited for this firmware).

A call is first presented at a hunt group (group mode) with 3 members. Normally users will put themselves to 'do not disturb'/ 'logout' but sometimes the're not able to do this.
So the caller must end up in a queu even when the phones are not busy. They also want to hear Music on hold while waiting.
This always worked with VM Pro but suddenly stops.

I route a call from VM Pro to group 201. On this group the functions: callwaiting= off no answer time= 15 vocemail+ yes after 18 sec. en queing on.
After 18 second the call goes to the voicemail of 201.
I put a transfer action to in voicemail pro at the 'leave' tag transfering to itself (target= 201).
This caused the huntgroup to force queuing till the call was answered.
It indeed goes to the queu but than no phones are ringing after the messages. I already put the $ACD tag in VMPro but this not worked.

Any ideas/ suggestions
