Queing on merlin magix

Help! I am trying to set up queing on incoming calls to a hotel switchboard on a merlin magix.The console is set up in DLC mode in order to provide buttons for wake up calls.If the user is on a call they would like other calls coming in to que up until the phone is free.I have set up the extension into a calling group on its own and assigned as autologout,but incoming callers are hearing ringing and are not being put into the que.This is my first install and I must admit I am a little lost on this.Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you want the operator to queue calls, then set the operator as a QCC, queued call console.
