Magix R3, And Messaging R3. Doctors office want calls to hit que if all receptionists/nurses busy. Worked o systems that had it in place, but never set it up myself.

My Guess:
Assign lines to group771, put the ext of the delay mess in as a menber?

Make a support group for 771 and put the exts to answer calls in it.

Correct?

Pretty ugly for a Doctor's office, but here's what you probably want. First, the calling group would be the original destination, i.e., 771 answers the lines. The members of the group are logged in when available at that phone ( not good at a Doctor's office, because they won't remember to log out). Set 771 as an auto logout calling group. Put ES2 (login) butons on each calling group's phone. Use the MErlin Messaging delay announcements to for the queue times. Set the overflow for voice mail if they aren't answering in a reasonable amount of time.
