we have an installed bc12 sp6 md110 in two sites.they are networked via elu32 ip networking.at the main site we have acd group and vsu card.when there is no available free agents,que announcement can be listened via the internal or external(public) callers.But if the origin of the call is ip networking , the calling party can only hear the ring back tone instead of queue announcement ,while he is at the queue.

Does anybody know the solution for this case.??we want make
people who calls from ip networking, listen queue ann. when
they are at the queue...plese help

Can you give us the printout from ASUVP:pARNUM=ALL,
because the values can be stored in several units
and sometimes the values have different default values
in different units.

For sure it is possible, here is an old printout from
BC10 or BC11:
[tt]
<ASUVP:pARNUM=68;
APPLICATION SYSTEM PARAMETER VALUES FOR UNIT
PARNUM CHA PARVAL MINVAL MAXVAL UNIT REMARK
68 YES 1 0 1 CMP
0 0 1 ELDP VALUE(S) DIVERGE
