Occasionally on our Qube 2, our users get duplicate emails or more...ie: each time you hit send/rec it will bring you a new copy of the emails it thinks are still new....as many times as you hit s/r it will get a new copy. Question A would be any ideas on cause of that? Question B: I deleted a user (which takes care of problem til it comes back again), however, upon putting her back (or attempting) it will not allow me to recreate her....says name is in use on a mailing list or alias....it is not. tried entering a new name with her old email as alias...no luck, rebooted - still can't add her old email address in any way. Any ideas? Thanks so much!
