Quattro Pro hangs

I have a client with Quattro Pro 10. He uses spreadsheets that are not too copmlex, but contain numerous separate pages (10-15).

Recently he applied a microsoft security fix, and now in Quattro pro when working on the spreadsheets, after he enters something and he tries to move to a different page, Quattro Pro will hang for a few seconds.

Although this seems minor, when working and entering a lot of data, this pause after every data entry can get very frustrating.

Has anyone seen this and would anyone have any ideas on how to deal with it? All the latest patches have been applied.

Have XLS spread sheets that I have opened now in Quattro Pro on this new computer. I save the files in Quattro Pro/XLS format but when I reopen I notice I cannot keep the pages in Landscape format. I have saved in the Microsoft format.
What is the best way to use/save files in Quattro Pro so that when a person that has only Excel won't screw up my formatting?
