We used to receive via email security reviews on a quarterly basis for the PBX and messaging system.

I called avaya and no one seems to understand what the product is.

Did they stop offering this service?

Did you check out the customer portal? There's all kinds of email notifications you can subscribe to for automatic delivery of updated information. Perhaps you can get what you're looking for there? I remember getting them in paper form a loooonnng time ago.
