Quartely Reports? 1

I have a query that finds reports by year I need to break that year up into quartely reports.

Are you wanting 4 seperate reports, or the single report broken into 4 sections?

I think you might be able to create a field in your query which would output the quarter from the date concerned, e.g. if the date (from which the year that you have selected comes) is held in a field called [Date], set the output of the field in the query as "Format([Date], "q")", which will output the quarter as a number (1,2,3,4).

Then select this field in the Sorting and Grouping for the report, along with Group Header/Footer as required. You could then have a report for the year selected, split into quarters with appropriate headings/totals etc.
