QuarkXpress 6.5 won't print to HP Printer or Cannon 3200? 1

I work on MAC OSX tiger trying to print a document from quarkxpress 6.1 or 6.5 to a HP 4100 series printer. It starts throwing out pages with garble at the top(lots of pages). I cancel the job and go back to my quark 5 which has no problems printing to HP 4100 series. I try to print to the cannon iR3200 color copier in Quark 6.1 or 6.5 and the first time I print the job comes out fine. If I try to reprint the job it just gets lost. It will spool act as if it is going to the print then disappears. I can not print at all from Quark 5 to cannon iR3200 no drivers are available for OS 9. I have talked with Quark they tell me I have to set my pritners up in the setup to binary and it makes the screens come out awful and is a lot of work to to every time I set up a file. There must be something else conflicting but I can not figure out what it could be. I also never have been able to print from freehand 10 same garble at the top of many pages. Maybe freehand is causing the problem for quark 6.1 or 6.5? Any suggestions?

Do you have the printer drivers for 10.4? if available yet.
