QUARK XPRESS 4.11 PRINTER DRIVER PROBLEM

Hi all.

Got a slight problem. Anything I print in Quark Xpress V4.11 with my printers correct driver (Canon PS ZX V55) returns an error of "An unknown error has occured ID = -1". If I print from any other documents with the driver it prints fine. If I use the generic colour driver for printing in quark to the same printer it prints okay.
Has anyone seen this before and do they know how to fix it?

I had a similar problem with documents either not printed or printed out the wrong way. It turned out to be a problem with printing through a rip server.I no longer print through the rip server and everything is fine
