Quark to PM6.5

I received some QXD files that I need converted to PageMaker 6.5+ (Windows). The converter that came with PM 6.5+ (Vs 3.01) says that it cannot convert the file... Any clues? Any other converters? Please advise.

The quark-files are best saved as templates not as regular quark-files, then try again.
