Quark Tech help is USELESS

Calling QuarkXpress for technical help is totally useless. They do not have answers to problems you have. They take all your information down and then talk in circles without actually answering your question. Don't waste your time calling there tech support number...figure it out on your own, call another company who is using Quark or best result......use INDESIGN!!!

If you know of any other websites that have prepress help....please reply to this and let me know.

Have you tried the forums on Quark's site? Go to Quark.com click on Support link and then forums.

Sign up and ask questions. There a quite a few forums, so select the one best suited to your question. If not sure use the General forum.

I do agree with you about Indesign.
