I'm working in Quark 4.04 on a Mac running OS9.0 and it is not seeing my printer desriptions in the "setup" tab of the print menu, yet all the ppds all appear to be in the right place in the extensions and parsed ppd folders in the system folder. Has anybody seen this or knows how to fix it? Any help would be much appreciated.

I would upgrade your Quark to 4.11, plus adding the 4.11 fixs it xtension to start with. When you say 9.0 is it 9.0.2? this should be ungraded to 9.0.4.

The PPD's can be either in the Quark folder, in a folder called 'PPD's' or in the System folder/Extensions/Printer Discriptions.

You then need to create a printer from one of these PPD's using chooser. You can create a Virtual printer using Adobes PS. If you can't fix it in 20 call someone who can.
