Quark Passport PC Version 7.0

I have been using Quark Passport V 7.0 on my PC for some time, I tried to upgrade my Accrobat up to version 9, but was advised that the version I was using could not be upgraded.
When I went back to use Quark I get a message that it will only work with Windows XP or upwards. I am using Windows XP Professional but cannot find anywhere to tell it that I am. I have removed Quark and reinstalled it twice, but as soon as I click on Quark to open it I get the same message that it needs XP or upwards to work
Any Ideas
