Quark Express 6.0 - How to create PDF

Hello

Can anyone explain how you are supoosed to create PDF output from Quark Express 6.0

I have 1 HP 4050n laser printer defined and use this to output my print, what do I need to change in order to create the OS X native PDF.

The only option I can find is when I burrow down to the printer level and save as PDF.. however this just results in a zero Kb .pdf file - I must be missing a step here, can anyone point me in the right direction?
