Hi, here's what to do...

Select Colours from the Edit menu.
Click on New and the Edit Colour dailog box will appear.

You can enter your own CMYK values or use the slider bar on the right hand side of the CMYK model.
Enter a name for your new colour.
Click OK.
Click Save.

For Pantone colours, first choose the pantone model which you require from the pop-up menu.
Leave the name field blank as it will be filled automatically when the colour is chosen.
Now either click on a swatch in the window or enter a known Pantone reference number in the Pantone No. field.
Click OK.
Click Save.

In order to change the shade of your colour...
Select your text or picture box.
Choose Show Colours from the View menu.
The Colours palette will be displayed.
In the top right of this palette you will find the Shade Percentage pop-up menu.
Select from 0-100 percent.

Hope this is of help to you.
