Quark has worked fine up until Dec. 31st. Now it only loads up to the flash screen which gets to "Prepared For:" after a while my name might appear but thats all. I can hear the HD working away but nothing happens. Is it a license issue? I'm the only one on the license. Program has worked flawlessly for years. Please help!
