I figured out how to forward the message, hit a blank with exch after working on SQL. But I would still like to know if theirs a way to have the content filter ignore email from this address.
How did you retrieve the quarantined email? I have a similar issue where I have a HT scripted to have anti spam, but when it marks an email as spam and it's not I can't get the original email on to the user.

Davetoo Hope this is what you want.
Anti Spam -> Content Filtering -> Under the SCL rating you will find -> Quarantine Mailbox e-mail Address. This is where that mail will go. I just created a mailbox and hide it from the GAL. [before hiding it make sure you give yourself rights and open it in Outlook else it wont be found, but you knew that]. From there just double click the quarantined message and Click send Again.
GrimR...a big 'Thank You'!!! I'd already had it going to my spam mailbox, but I couldn't figure out how to handle a false positive and get it to the user! Worked like a charm, thank you!
