we've had our Superloader l600 recently go back to 'locking' itself during a job, in that if the job needs additional tapes, we can't just open the device to feed it more, and then do an import.
If we do an 'unlock' command, it gets queued, behind the running job and thus we can't add tapes .....
Any ideas
