Quantum- CreateIndex

I am new to the Quantum processing, last night we ran a incremental for a 2 TB array. The Quantum ran out of tape and the job stopped. This morning I came in, put in a new tape to finish the job. The library was not responding correctly after many attempts to reset the drive. I killed the job. Reset the library, restarted the incremental, It did the scan ok but now in the progress screen. it says
CreateIndex index processing failed. Index files are missing possibly due to a fail over.

I'm lost, how could the index get deleted or corrupt? I would appreciate any assistance you can provide.

Never mind.. problem resolved. restarted a second time and the program rebuilt the indexes.
