quantum acl 4/52 fsc b804

We have an ACL 4/52 failing Init with a b804. The gripper has already been changed. Any ideas?

Oh, I believe that should be b 81 04....which is a gripper close failure. The gripper was changed. is there a re-calibration that is required? Is it the "home all" command? Or do I need to go through the serial interface?
