Quantex C 706 D Monitor No Picture

Hello,
Trying to troubleshoot a Quantex C706-D Model monitor.
No picture, checked all cables to/from PC. Gets power as the light on the front blinks GREEN, but that is all that seems to be happening.
Brought over another monitor and it works fine with the PC. So sumise it is the Quantex monitor that is the problem.
Can anyone tell me what's going on? Easy fix or toss out?

Toss it. Repairing a bad monitor can be as expensive as buying a new one, and it can also develop other problems.

Check the warrenty before you toss it. You get a 3-4 year warrenty.
