One of our other offices has QualityCall version 6.3 (2003) which they are no longer using as it does not suit their call types. We will be collecting their server early next week in hopes the solution will work better for us.
We use Contact Vision 7.1.4 to replay calls, and our colleagues tell us they have not had any success with getting these two versions to work together for QualityCall to pull calls from Contact Vision.
Does anyone know one way or the other if these two application versions can work together? If so, is there any trick we need to know?
