Quality monotoring report issue (AACC)

Hi all,


Agent Evaluation Performance Report blank page for an agent already evaluated.
However other agents that have been evaluated in the same date and time are providing details on report,for this user i can see all calls recorded and can even see this user is part of a folder,also correct supervisor is assigned for him. But every time i pull the report a blank page is displayed for this user.



Below is the page showing no details info for the user :
You can see here the agent has been well evaluated

Hope someone has a clue on how to fix this.
