Hi Guys,

I am having issue while trying to play audio on Quality Monitoring for call that are recorded,
This message appear on the little box

eRecorder Error. Expected content not received. Please contact your System
Administrator and ask them to check the eRecorder's NT event log.

Err 1263 .

Somebody here can help me to find out the issue .
This problem appears suddenly, the application was working great previously and no change has made on it.

Your issue is not related to any Nortel Norstar system (This Forum).

Suggest to post in the appropriate forum for whatever system or software that you have.
When you do it is best to post (as an example) system model, software level and if all patches installed.

I am guessing it's a third party software on a phone system and that your errors are from their software and not the phone system.
