Quality Monitoring and eRecorder issue with block ports

Hello folk,


Is some of you already experienced issue between QM and eRecorder , and have to open ports to resolve the issue ???

More than 20 ports have to open on both QM and eRecorder so that to find out this issue , this was suggested from the document on QM mentioned Port Consideration . Are you guys confirmed this , QM was working properly ,and sudently empty audio is coming from eRecorder,and even if after opened all these recommended ports , this is not resolve the issue.

Please let me know your thought for those already experienced a such thing.

what release? did you currently update your Microsoft Hotfixes? There is a new MS patch that turns off the capability for QM to record. This was on RLS 12. On RLS 15 the issue was fixed.

The fix in RLS 12 is to remove the MS Hotfix MS17-010.
