We have just rolled out Ip 500 systems across the whole company. On the H.O site we are having quality issues with external calls. The qulaity issues are quite random at the moment. We have tested the network and there are no bandwidth issues. I am thinking that it may be something on the IP Office. Are there any know bottlenecks etc? Does anyone have any tips on where to start looking?
