QTP & Java WebStart (jnlp)

I've been running QuickTest Pro 8 with the Java add-in on local Java applications, and it's been fine; but I now have a requirement to test a Java application that's loaded via Java WebStart. The default QTP configuration doesn't instrument Java WebStart apps - they're only seen as native windows.

Does anyone know if it is possible to run QTP on Java WebStart apps? If so, how is it done?

OK, I found the answer - QTP works with Java WebStart versions up to 1.4.x, but not version 1.5.x
