QT Movs pre-loading?

I have some small QT mov's files that I would like to display on my site.

What I would like to have is a placeholder for the "screen" and then a listing of the (3) movies that the user can then select and only at that time will the mov. file load into the "screen" placeholder?

What is happening now is that I have placed the .mov files and they are all pre-loading as the page loads. I know that is a very annoying thing for people, especially with slower connections.

Don't actually put them on the page, just put a placeholder image and link to the movies(just make sure you keep the paths consistent). Cheers~Frank
