QT movie works on PC, not Mac

I have created a small web site for a graphic artist; she has created some brief QuickTime movies for me to put on the site. I have used object and embed tags, using code pasted directly from apple.com. On my PC, the movies run perfectly, whether I look at the site locally or on a server. However, my client is using a Mac, and she only sees the QT logo.

Has anyone ever heard of this? I know she has the QT plugin.

Can you post your code? Also, did you use an HTML tool (Dreamweaver or GoLive) to create the tags? It's easy to get the format wrong, and then things won't work.

One other thought - there are a few codecs out there that don't run on the Mac - is it possible that your artist used a wackadelic Windows codec?
