Guys,

I installed an QSR Epic kicthen video with Aloha for a client of mine many years ago. Recently, the kitchen video ethernet box took a dump. He bought a new one on Ebay, and asked me to configure it. For the life of me, I can't remember what needs to be done to configure it on the QSR end. I remember going into some sort of BIOS and changing the IP to the appropriate address scheme, and that was about it.

Everything should be the same on the Aloha end. I just need to refresh my memory on how to get this screen, and possibliy anything else I need to do that I might be forgetting (I remember it being fairly easy).

Thanks for the help!

You assign the device ID and IP through the QSR software running on the computer that runs QSR. Been a long time since doing this. As I remember the QSR docs on their web site is pretty good.

Yep, QSR RDS Utility. Allows you to configure the QSR epic netowkr and ip address schemes, along with devices ID's and terminal assignments. If youve done it before for this client, the software should be still installed on the Fileserver, unless they changed something.
