Yes, it is.
You can order order the EPROMS supporting Q.SIG on the older DTIC ISDN-Cards. We have some newer DTIC2-Cards (2 spans) which support both ETSI and Q.SIG, the protocol to be used can be selectad during configuration in the hardware-administrator.
